First of all ,Thanks to Coach Fai .I have never cycling before .After first 1 hrs session, I knew how to balancing and I was able to cycle after next 1 hrs session.The way he taught was very systematic and his instruction was specific and clear.Had a great fun and highly recommended for adult learners.
