As a kid, I never gave much thought to learning how to cycle. Maybe being a girl, it wasn't particularly encouraged.
It occurred to me that I should learn to cycle when my friends started on long night rides and that's when I found Coach Fai online.
The cycling was painless and in just 2 lessons I had learnt how to balance even at slow speed, apply the brakes gradually and safely and make turns confidently. It was far easier than I had imagines really. 2 thumbs up :)
