Having missed out on learning to cycle as a youngster, I had given up on the possibility of ever cycling. Somehow learning as an adult seemed impossible - embarrassing as well as physically challenging. I reconciled myself to living with this regret.
However on a recent trip to singapore, it occurred to me to try to explore the possibility. While browsing the web looking at videos of how to cycle as an adult, I came across Coach Fai's contact details. I found his approach reassuring and encouraging and called him. It was the best thing I did in the few days I had! Coach Fai is a fantastic teacher, gentle and yet extremely sure of his method. I can proudly say today that I can cycle - thanks to just two sessions with Coach Fai, and a third cycling around the Marina Barrage!
