24 years and counting, and i can finally say that i'm able to ride a bicycle. Within 2 lessons i was able to balance and ride the bicycle. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast it took me to learn. This was all down to Coach Fai's methods of training. Programmes were well planned and structured too. With that being said, i think it was also due to Coach Fai's patience and friendly nature that has allowed me to learn cycling in such a short time.
