I had taken up cycling lessons but unfortunately the coach before Coach Fai was unable to commit to completing the program and I was left stranded. Coach Fai guided me through the first lesson by first finding out where I was in the learning process. From there he proceeded to take me through some very fundamental steps on the mechanics of balance, and in the same process building my confidence to balance on two wheels, followed by eventually cycling comfortably on my own. His patient demeanour and structured method was primary learning, not to mention the ladies whom I had an opportunity to learn with in a fun group setting. Highly recommended when you are ready for some good fun cycling with friends.
