Coach Fai was amazing and taught me how to cycle confidently in two hours. He tailored the Programme to my level so I progressed at my own speed. He also has a unique ability to explain things very simply so I didn't feel intimidated. The thing I like best about Coach Fai was his complete confidence in me, he believed I could do it so I did it! Would recommend him unreservedly to anyone wanting to learn in a calm and efficient environment.
