Coach Fai is a great guy and a fantastic instructor. I am an embarrassed 28 year old who has never gotten on a bike. But Coach Fai made learning how to cycle a breeze. He broke down the entire process into smaller tasks that were easy to understand and more importantly, these smaller tasks are so much more manageable. Before I knew it, I was gliding away. I can't recommend Coach Fai enough - his lessons were incredibly fun and filled with lots of laughs.
