Coach Fai teaches in a systematic and calm way! It was amazing to ride a bike in just two sessions. As an adult learning to bike, fear is so much of a obstacle to overcome. Because he teaches in a step wise manner it feels simple and doable. Trusting the process and how it all came together was a lovely experience. Highly recommend Coach Fai as a teacher.
