I decided to take the plunge since I had some time on my hands and did not regret it at all. Coach Fai coaches in a very systematic manner and is able to work around my fears. He made it really easy for me to understand what the objectives of each step is and the best way to get there. Before I knew it I was already cycling and having a great time doing it too.
