I have to admit that I committed to this cycle lessons with a lot of apprehension. But Coach Fai was very patient and very sensitive to my doubts and my small triumphs, he knows when to push and when to step back - a testament to how effective he is as a teacher! So Coach Fai, thank you and whenever I cycle, that little voice in my head that says - relaxxxx - will always be yours.
