I have engaged Coach Fai in private Cycling lessons and I'm glad I did! More than just speeding up my learning process, the well-structured lessons were helpful in laying good foundation. In my opinion, learning the basics right is very important because thereafter, practice makes permanent. Furthermore, Coach Fai is an extremely patient and encouraging coach.
