Coach Fai has very specific instructions, tips and tricks to get you cycling fluently in the alloted time. Patient teacher with a wealth of knowledge. Something else I noticed is that the bikes he teaches you with are perfectly setup for a beginner, from small things like the weight of the bike, to seat height and gear setup. Only realised that after I tried riding my own bike halfway through the default 4-lesson course.
Most folks would be able to cycle after the 2nd or 3rd, but i recommend going through the whole thing (and maybe more). The fundamentals he teaches are greatly helpful, and not things you'd notice trying to learn on your own.
So, summary - Awesome teacher. Thoroughly worth the cashola. Nice guy too.
