"Coach Fai's structured teaching method was absolutely fantastic, I started pedaling after 3 lessons which I was immensely doubtful at first as I had tried a few times before over the years but never had the confidence to achieve the skill. However as promised, I started cycling at the 4th lesson and now I have gained enough confidence and skill and managed to cycle almost 25km on a rented bicycle from East Coast Parkway to MBS on my 6th time on a bicycle!!!
